Dr Jim Loughrey

The Programme Consultant to Coach Institute of Ireland is Dr Jim Loughrey . Dr Loughrey holds qualifications in in Coaching, Coaching Supervision, Education, and Applied Social Studies. Formal academic awards include : M.Sc.(Applied Social Studies); M.A. (Continuing Education) and Ed.D.(Doctorate in Education) from Queen’s University, Belfast.

Dr Loughrey has held a number of Executive Director and Board-level positions within the Public Sector. His current portfolio includes Coaching Senior Executives in Public and Private sectors and contributing to an Evidence-based Practice module on the B.Sc. (Social Work) degree programme of the University of Ulster, for which he is also an assessor. Dr Loughrey provides supervision to groups of Executive Coaches in a number of coaching organisations as well as supervision individual coaches.
