10.00 a.m. - 11.15 a.m. Dave O'Brien: Coaching in ESB Networks Ltd
Presenter: Dave O’Brien, MBA, B.Sc. Elec Eng., Diploma in Executive Coaching, is a fulltime internal Business Coach in ESB Networks. Dave’s workshop will explore the development, management and support of the coaching service within the ESB Networks organisation including the process for procurement of external coaching services into ESB. Dave has coached over 100 ESB clients to date and he currently manages a panel of over 20 internal coaches. In addition to coaching services Dave provides MBTI Step 2 and Emotional Quotient Inventory assessments for ESB staff. Dave has over 30 years service in ESB in Senior Management, operational management and in specialist roles.

Leah McStravick: “My Fear v My Freedom”
Presenter: Leah McStravick, MAC, MLBCAI, ABNLP Personal Business & Executive Coach, Programme Leader Coach Institute of Ireland, Belfast. Leah has over 21 years experience in the Financial Services Industry and has managed, trained and developed managers with a broad range of experience. Her motivational coaching style encourages executives, managers and individuals to excel both individually and collectively as a team. Leah currently works as a Coach with both Private and Public Sector Organisations.
This is highly experiential and interactive workshop, allowing the individual to acknowledge their fears and understand how to deflate their power. The individual also discovers a personal and proactive method of gaining freedom from this fear. This is a Coaching tool that can be repeated by trained Coaches as well as providing self learning and empowerment for the participants.

Chris Taylor: The Theory of the U and the Process of Coaching.
Presenter: Chris Taylor, B.A., H.D.E. M.A.(Counselling Psychology, University of Minnesota), F.I.I.T.D, former National President of the Irish Institute of Training and Development. He has devised and developed Training Programmes in Coaching the Nine Styles, Combining the Wisdom of the Enneagram with the Power of NLP, Master Facilitation Skills, and O D Practices and techniques. He has directed the IITD Diploma course in Galway for many years, and runs a private Counselling and Coaching practice. His workshop will find resonances between Otto Scharmer’s Theory of the U and the Process of a Coaching Session.

Orla Graham: Deloitte – 7 years of Change Management and Changing Expectations.
Presenter: Orla Graham is Head of HR with Deloitte in Ireland. Her expertise combines 18 years working in HR with Marks & Spencer, Coca- Cola and Deloitte.
Deloitte with 1200 employees is Ireland’s fastest growing professional services firm, and has been voted one of the Top 50 companies to work for the past 8 years. Deloitte’s product is people. As Head of HR Orla believes that the business will continue to grow and develop only by being able to motivate and retain the best people - and by offering them an environment where they are challenged and engaged to deliver their best work. Orla has a diploma in coaching from the Coach Institute of Ireland. She is an accredited coach with Association for Coaching and is current Head of Professional Standards and Excellence with Association for Coaching. In this workshop Orla will outline the changes that have been made to the workplace over the past number of years. She will explore the various initiatives that have been introduced to the firm that have made Deloitte one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland for 8 years in a row. 80% of the workforce are under 35 years of age and Orla will outline how generation Y have responded to the recent downturn and how motivating and retaining staff is more important than ever before in these uncertain times.

Eileen Woodford: Coaching for Retirement
Presenter: Eileen Woodford, Dip Business, Executive & Personal Coaching, FInstLM, ABNLP. Eileen was in business for over 20 years before she entered the world of coaching. She founded Nucleus Coaching and Training, and works with individuals and organisations both here and the UK. She specialises in the areas of Transition and Emotional Intelligence, and published many articles locally and nationally in relation to both. Currently working on her first book which she aims to publish later this year, Eileen has significant experience working with clients who are preparing for retirement, and her workshop will explore the modalities and issues which occur in this area of Coaching.

3.45 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Adrian Eagleson - Coaching for Resilience
Presenter: Adrian Eagleson has over 15 years experience working helping individuals and organisations operate with greater alignment and purpose. He has been involved in Senior Management Coaching and Organisational Development projects with world class companies such As Fujitsu, RBS and Terex. As Director of Belfast based Toward Consultancy, he provides Coaching and Change Solutions to private, public and voluntary sectors in Ireland, the UK and Middle East. Toward Consultancy’s experience and research shows that those who have undergone resilient leadership programmes are able to develop their overall mental toughness and performance. In addition, changes in individual resilience also results in sustainable change within the organisation. The aim of this session is to introduce Coaches to the importance of resilience and how this can impact on performance. A more resilient organisation can expect higher productivity and the ability to proactively deal with challenge and change. This session will use a range of applied theory, tools and techniques to allow the following areas to be developed:
• Coaching Change
• Developing Resilence in a Leader
• Understanding Crisis Incubation and its impact on performance
• Developing Resilience in Teams & Organisations
